# FAQ


## Which client should I use?

Use ActivationClient in Node, Java, C# or Python. It connects customer approval and automatic/manual response delivery. Older OnlineClient, OfflineClient and SignoxClient APIs remain for compatibility; they are not the new integration entry point.

## Can I register multiple devices?

No. One license has one active registration. Another device requires transfer; device count is not a configurable policy.

## Does a format prove return?

No. The same protected hardware can recover its binding; otherwise request vendor review. An isolated backup may still be usable, so remote reset is not secure return.

## Is hardware provider selection required?

The SDK detects support. Current protected runtime requirements and trust enrollment are listed in the SDK guides. USB-token providers are not implemented.

## Why is the package unavailable?

Use the 0.3.1 development package and the matching API. Use the configured development package registries for all four languages. Public registry release is separate.
